Designer-Torture

Why do customers always have to mess up designs and make the designers life miserable.
The design was so nicely on the verge between a simple plain and rich lively design. Now the customers requests turns it into some colored ugly toybox. I know I am only some grumpy woman who’s trying to make a living of her talents in webdesign. I am not a genius vanGogh expressing his agony by cutting his ear off. Yet — this hurts as it always hurts. It hurts having to destroy ones own work like this. Big artist or not. Gosh, Customers.
Excuse my language switch. I was watching a lot of English TV lately.
